HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 14 Suspending                                  
Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Alaska State                  
Legislature concerning Senate Bill No. 5, relating to election                 
administration and the Alaska Election Code, which had been placed             
on the Secretary's Desk (page 1543) was read the second time.                  
                                                                               
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 14 was before the                              
Senate on final passage.                                                       
                                                                               
Senator Pearce called the Senate.  The call was satisfied.                     
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                        
NO. 14 Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the             
Alaska State Legislature concerning Senate Bill No. 5, relating to             
election administration and the Alaska Election Code, pass the
